2 Evergreen Drive, Granby, CT 06035

My latest real estate photo shoot took me to 2 Evergreen Drive in Granby, Connecticut on April 26, 2018. Since the home was just listed, I was hired by Matt Christie of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Simsbury to capture the indoor and outdoor amenities of the home.

The home is 2,123 sq. ft. and situated on 1.3 acres of land. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and modern upgrades throughout.

Upon entering the home, I was immediately greeted with a bright and sunny living room that has a beautiful and cozy stone fireplace. I admired the open floor plan layout, which is perfect for entertaining family and friends — and with the sliders to the large deck, it’s easy to see taking the party outside during the summer months.

The two-section finished basement was set up as a home office / business and a home gym which I really envied.

As I was photographing the home, I became inspired by its many features and conveniences.

It took me a little over one hour to photograph the home to ensure that I captured the true ambience of this functional and comfortable home.
