Real Estate Photography for 12 Pimlico Road, Wolcott, CT 06716
This is a quick update for those who follow me and those who are interested in my real estate photography in Wolcott and throughout Connecticut.
My latest real estate photo shoot took me to 12 Pimlico Road in Wolcott, Connecticut on Friday, January 17, 2020. I was hired by Linda Fercodini of Fercodini Properties, Inc. to professionally photograph her new listing, a 4,065 sq. ft., 3 bed, 2.5 bath single-family home.
This home is truly magnificent and was a joy to photograph. Within a few days of my client posting the photos to the MLS, an offer on the home was received and accepted.
As always, it’s results like this, my enjoyment in photographing residential real estate, and my love for the craft that keeps me motivated and excited about my next photo shoot.
